This week has been really busy with visits and meetings with officials from HQ. I can't wait for this week to end! I hope next week will be less hectic...(but why is it that I doubt that will happen? hmmm...). Anyways, below are some pics that I took of my mother-in-law's orchids which she grew in her backyard. Upgrade to 40D!

Yes, i've upgraded my Canon 400D to 40D last week and i'm so happy with it! I'm not saying that my previous camera was not good....it was and is indeed a good camera. But the 40D is fast when compared to the 400D..and I love the live view, very useful when taking shots at peculiar angles. I took some photos with my new cammy but I haven't had time to do any editing on them yet. I'll just leave you with these unedited photos of my daughter Elsa.

This poem was written by a father (the author) who relishes his time with his child knowing that he'll be grown up and gone only too quickly.

When I first read this poem, it really touched me. Having two little girls of my own, I am also aware that they will be all grown up and spreading their wings in no time. Kimberly just turned 3 last month and Elsa is coming to 2 next month. How time flies..... It just comes to show how precious our time with our little ones are. Mummy loves you Kim and Elsa! You will always be my little angels!

Kimberly Claire Jerome turnds 3 today. How time flies...it seems like it was only yesterday that I brought her home...my little bundle of joy. She is growing up to be an individual of her own day by day. God bless you my little angel....!

PERKELA Family Retreat

I'm Back!!

Hello people! I’m back!! I was just so wrapped in my work at the office these past few weeks. Last week I was in Langkawi again for a meeting with the Head Accountant of the Ministry of Education. On the first day, we went for a tour at the Langkawi Geopark. It was really exciting as it was my first time to go there. I took some photos but they would have to be posted up later…haven’t got the time to transfer it from my camera yet..hehehe…

During the weekend, my family on my hubby’s side, went up to Lagud Sebrang, Tenom. We were there for a PERKELA (which stands for Persatuan Keluarga Lajanin) outing. The highlight was actually to attend a wedding of one of my hubby’s relatives on Sunday. There are more pics of the PERKELA outing…but they too will have to be posted up later.

I just hope this month of June will be a quieter month with lesser outsations. Ok then…til my next post…have a great day all!
